A weekend of baked pork is not a culinary statement, much less to be interpreted as a cooking recipe, no gentlemen I come to comment on how much fun we had as a family this weekend, because after the barbecue and the burn we decided to take a pork leg in the oven inside of our home.
My children and husband love baked pork leg, we woke up with this idea because we had already talked about it at night, the day began with the previous preparations to dress the pork leg.
After baking, my husband bought a delicious soft drink and we also baked green plantains, cut slices of cheese and got ready to enjoy this delicious meal with God's blessing.
