Big machine

Where I live a few years ago there was an electrical problem that left the whole city without electricity, a few days later they brought a big machine that would be installed to solve the problem. I still remember how huge that machine was, even the engineers coordinated teams to enter the big machine without damaging the wires of the streets where they were moving it.
That great machine, unfortunately, has not solved the electrical problem that arose on that occasion, and still continues to have problems of downtime almost daily, it may not be something related to the great machine but with the technical staff who did not know how to install it correctly.
