There is a famous saying or proverb that says, "when the river sounds, it is because it brings stones", with this entry's title "conspiracy of noise" I dare to say that when the river sounds it is because it is a conspiracy against the souls that are in its course.
I read a long time ago that when talking about the noise conspiracy it is something where the impact of the degrees of noise on the effects on humans is established.
Noise is part of that element of sound that affects human beings in these times of great technological advancement, noise conspires with human beings in their state of health.
