Devil’s bride

In this short but hopefully long life I have not been nor do I aspire to be the devil's bride, I say this because a long time ago a friend told me that to be successful you have to sell your soul to the devil, which is something like giving yourself to the devil.
Well it is not about giving yourself to anyone, it is about living without complexes, without hurting anyone, simply living to the fullest with our loved ones, establishing healthy patterns of understanding.
I have friends, that out of the literal are brides of the devil, their aptitudes give to understand that they have been sold that their souls belong to him, they live bitter maybe full of luxuries but in their insides they are unhappy women.
