Keep your distance

πŸ”ƒ Information on free use

At some point in my life, I read in a book that keeping the distance that separates us does not mean that we will forget those friends or relatives who have marked our lives so much, but rather that it is part of a way of maintaining the illusion of seeing each other again. those beings who have marked our lives for good.

In particular, throughout my life I have distanced myself from certain people who in one way or another do not coincide with experiential points of view, a situation that has led me to distance myself so as not to compromise affective relationships.

I must state that this way of acting has allowed me to maintain friendship and good treatment between friends and relatives, based on understanding, mutual respect and tolerance.

Agreed. I have friends that I rarely even see. I do consider them friends though and would help them if they needed. They are the type of person that probably would be annoying if I saw them on a daily basis and I don't want to lose them as a friend because of something petty.
