There have been several times that I have signed a contract without reading the fine print, my trusted lawyer would say, the signing of a contract is something extremely delicate when the exhaustive review of the embodied agreements is not done.
I remember once when I was single having signed a rental contract during my university years, the point is that once the period had expired they sent me to vacate immediately, which I refused because I claimed that the contract established that I would have three months to vacate.
And it turns out that I did not read the last clause that established that upon expiration of the contract I was obliged to vacate the room.
