Introducción

¡Hola! ¿Qué tal, crypto amigos? ¿Cómo están? ¡Yo espero que muy bien! En el día de hoy vengo a traerles, como habrán visto en el título, un juego un tanto especial, su nombre es Catan Universe y es la versión para PC del galardonado juego de mesa Catán ¿Por qué he traído éste tipo de juego al canal? Bueno esto es debe a que mi gran amigo @bananasfallers organizó un torneo, con premios en HBD para los ganadores, sobre el juego, obviamente participé de la competición y en este video de hoy les vengo a traer una de las partidas que jugué en el mismo. El torneo se realizó en el Discord de la #geekzone en conjunto con la #hivecon. Te invito a que te unas, por si todavía no estás dentro, para que no te perdas éstas oportunidades únicas de ganar jugando.

Algunos dirán "si bueno, todo muy bonito, pero ¿Qué carajo es Catán?" Para resumirlo un poco es un juego de mesa en el cuál tendremos como objetivo sacar 10 puntos de victoria ¿Cómo se consiguen esos puntos? Construyendo poblados que te dan 1 punto de victoria y ciudades que te dan 2 puntos de victoria ¿Cómo se construyen éstos? En el tablero hay casillas con 4 tipos diferentes de recursos cada una, los recursos son: trigo, lana, piedra, arcilla y madera, para construir un poblado necesitas 1 trigo, 1 lana, 1 arcilla y 1 madera ¿Cómo consigo los recursos? Si vos tenes un poblado en una casilla que tiene el número 10 y sale en los dados ese número te dejas el recurso que hay en esa casilla, por ejemplo, 1 trigo, de esa forma conseguís cartas para poder hacer tus construcciones y así ganar la partida. Como les dije, éste sería un tipo resumen para que se entienda más o menos, si les interesa saber más sobre el juego les voy a dejar a continuación el post de bananasfallers donde Él explica mas en detalle de que trata el juego en cuestión.

Habiendo aclarado todo esto, voy a pasar a comentarles un poquito de ña partida que hoy les vengo a traer de éste gran juego. Fue una que me tocó jugar contra @ilazramusic y @ladyunicorn, dos grandes Hivers hispanohablantes y excelentes personas ❤️. Fue una partida que empezó con las hostilidades desde el inicio y estuvo bastante peleada hasta el final donde al claro ganador casi se le escapa la victoria sin saberlo. Te voy a contar más a detalle de éste juego en el mini-resumen que les voy a presentar a continuación.

Mini-resumen

Creo firmemente que éste fue el inicio de las hostilidades ya que, El doctor ChewySniff (osea, ilaz), colocó próximo a un poblado mío el suyo, y eso que tenia en el tablero mejores posiciones. Claramente quería intentar cagar mi juego colocando su ficha ahí para evitar que yo llegue al puerto de 3x1, la partida empezaba a caldearse y todavía no habíamos tirado los dados.

Pero bueno mi amigo Ilaz no se conformaba con eso, en el primer tiro de la partida el muchacho sacó un 7, es decir que le toca mover al ladrón y no tiene mejor idea que colocarlo sobre el 8 mío donde yo podía extraer madera, les recuerdo que si ésta ficha se encuentra en alguna de tus casillas, aparte de robarte 1 carta al azar por esa vez, te bloquea la casilla impidiendo que genere recurso alguno la misma. Como les dije, esto recién empezaba y las hostilidades ya estaban presentes.

En paralelo a nuestra batalla con Ilaz, la adversaria "Señora Unicornio" tenía el emporio de las piedras repartido entre el 6 y el 3, y uno pensará "bueno, el 3 es un número que estadísticamente sale menos, es decir, tiene menos probabilidades de sacar piedras que en el 6". Si dale, metete las probabilidades en el cu** dijo Laura, salieron dos tres seguidos dándole a ella la cantidad de, nada más y nada menos, que 4 hermosas y ricas piedras. Siendo éste un bien escaso, ya que solamente ella tenía poder sobre las piedras, las mismas estaban muy bien valoradas.

Y mientras tanto yo acá sufriendo porque salió DOS veces SEGUIDAS el número 8, siendo éste el que me tapó Ilaz con el ladrón, es decir, dos de madera menos que no había podido cobrar gracias a la jugada de Él. Desconozco realmente cuales habrán sido las intenciones de éste cabroncito, pero le había salido muy bien la jugada xd.

A pesar de todas éstas desgracias, logré hacer algún que otro tratado comercial con Ilaz y Lady logrando así poder construir mi primera ciudad en el juego, posteriormente pude retirar el ladrón del 8 y así de esa forma la partida se encaminaba un poco más ¿Habré logrado la victoria en este partido tan reñido y competitivo? ¿O perderé vergonzosamente contra alguno de mis rivales? Today I come to bring you, as you may have seen in the title, a somewhat special game, its name is Catan Universe and it is the PC version of the award-winning board game Catan. Why have I brought this type of game to the channel? ? Well this is because my great friend @bananasfallers organized a tournament, with prizes in HBD for the winners, about the game, obviously I participated in the competition and in this video today I come to bring you one of the games I played in the same. Some will say "yes well, all very nice, but what the hell is Catan?" To summarize it a bit, it is a board game in which we will have as an objective to get 10 victory points. How do you get those points? Building villages that give you 1 victory point and cities that give you 2 victory points. How do you build these? On the board there are boxes with 4 different types of resources each, the resources are: wheat, wool, stone, clay and wood, to build a village you need 1 wheat, 1 wool, 1 clay and 1 wood. How do I get the resources? If you have a town in a box that has the number 10 and that number comes out on the dice, you leave the resource that is in that box, for example, 1 wheat, that way you get cards to be able to make your constructions and thus win the departure. As I told you, this would be a summary type so that it is more or less understood, if you are interested in knowing more about the game I will leave you below bananasfallers' post where He explains in more detail what the game in question is about.

Having clarified all this, I am going to tell you a little about the game that I am here to bring you today from this great game. It was one that I had to play against @ilazramusic and @ladyunicorn, two great Spanish-speaking Hivers and excellent people ❤️. It was a game that began with hostilities from the beginning and was quite close until the end where the clear winner almost missed the victory without knowing it. I am going to tell you more about this game in detail in the mini-summary that I am going to present to you next.

Mini-summary

I firmly believe that this was the beginning of the hostilities since, Dr. ChewySniff (I mean, ilaz), placed his own near a town of mine, and that he had better positions on the board. He clearly wanted to try to screw up my game by placing his token there to prevent me from reaching the 3v1 port, the game was starting to heat up and we hadn't rolled the dice yet.

But well my friend Ilaz was not satisfied with that, in the first shot of the game the boy got a 7, that is to say that it is up to the thief to move and he has no better idea than to place it on my 8 where I could extract wood, they I remember that if this token is in any of your boxes, apart from stealing 1 random card for that time, it blocks the box, preventing it from generating any resources. As I told you, this was just beginning and the hostilities were already present.

In parallel to our battle with Ilaz, the adversary "Unicorn Lady" had the stone emporium divided between 6 and 3, and one would think "well, 3 is a number that statistically comes out less, that is, it has less probabilities to remove stones than in the 6". If you give it, put the odds in the cu ** Laura said, two three followed by her giving her the amount of, nothing more and nothing less, than 4 beautiful and rich stones. Being this a scarce good, since only she had power over the stones, they were highly valued.

And meanwhile here I am suffering because the number 8 came out TWICE IN A ROW, this being the one that Ilaz covered me with the thief, that is, two fewer pieces of wood that I had not been able to collect thanks to his play. I really do not know which ones they were the intentions of this bastard, but the move had gone very well xd.

Despite all these misfortunes, I managed to make some other commercial agreement with Ilaz and Lady, thus being able to build my first city in the game, later I was able to remove the thief from 8 and thus the game was heading a little more. achieved victory in this close and competitive game?
