AVA - Not Much Attention On This One Yet

A new development on Coin Gecko is the addition of categories which is helpful researching what areas are hot or not for investing. These simplification of bundling groups together makes sense for investors looking for what might be next. There are just too many projects out there these days and it would take a team to keep up to date, fully in the loop.

The tourism sector or travel is one that has been hardest hit over the last two years and is where I see obvious growth. If you have been restricted what is the first thing you want to do and that is to travel. I think that is an obvious human reaction to want this when something has been taken away.

Looking at Travala or AVA this does not tell the full story however as we see the total supply being 61 million and some change. The total supply is not true however as there is also a token burn happening every quarter. I will get to that in a minute further in the post as this is the key to where the price value will in my opinion take off.

As you can see from the above the token is well placed within the travel industry amongst crypto. Travala or AVA offers incentives to use their platform giving not only discounts but AVA tokens for using them for the bookings. 2% in refunds for the value of flights and hotels adds up quickly
paid in AVA.

The Travala white paper states that they will conduct quarterly burns of the token until the target of 40 million AVA tokens is reached. A 40 million supply is not that big considering how big the travel industry is.

At the current price it wouldn't take many years to drop the circulating supply down to the target of 40 million. How valuable will this token eventually be is anyone's guess, but it has to be worth far more than it is now especially with travel opening up again. Just $1 billion would value the token at $25 in the near future once the burns bring the circulating supply down.
