RE: Evaluating the Hopes of The EPL Giants.

I only say that it could be years as the team has not improved at all. The signings the club made were to keep the fans happy and haven't strengthened the team. They needed to rebuild and that never happened. Lets wait and see who signs for the club as it looks like players do not see it as a good move for their careers.

Players aren't seeing because we aren't scouting for the hungry ones yet and that's one of the major problems we've got.

Why are they not selling all the average players and starting from scratch? I would be very worried if this was my club that I supported and thankfully don't. What do you mean by hungry ones or do you mean desperate players looking to move?

I am talking about players who do not have the names yet but are will to play with all they've got for a team...

For instance, imagine when Liverpool bought the likes of Mane and Van Dijk we never knew them to be big names but now, who doesn't know them?

Yes, quite right and that is what Man U have to do as chasing big names is not what the club needs. Those can be added once the squad is strong enough, but you need a strong core before you do that. The club needs to identify with a style of football they want to play and then buy players accordingly. This is why it takes time and is not a quick fix as you have to build slowly. Klopp took 5 years to build Liverpool and he had a better squad of players to start with than United have now. Newcastle are doing things right by building depth which will take 3-5 years to make them a major force.
