Ingredientsโœ๏ธ

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces and wash and Strain the chicken through a sieve

๐Ÿ”ฅ 300 g plain yogurt

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 lemon juice

๐Ÿ”ฅ 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 tablespoon red chili powder

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 tablespoon black pepper powder

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 tablespoon cumin powder


๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 tablespoon chat masala

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 teaspoon kasuri methi

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 teaspoon garam masala

๐Ÿ”ฅ Salt to taste
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 big spoon vegetable oil

๐Ÿ”ฅ Orange food colour powder

Marination Magic
๐Ÿ€In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder,black pepper ,cumin powder, garam masala, chat masala, kasuri methi,orange food colour powder salt and oil. Coat the chicken evenly with this marinade. Let it sit for at least one hour in the refrigerator. And to infuse a smoky flavor, heat charcoal until hot, then place it in a bowl with butter and cloves. Let it smoke for a while. Now, it will seem as if it came from tandoor.

preparation๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ
๐Ÿ€ Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
๐Ÿ€ Once the pan is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Let them cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

๐Ÿ€ Once the chicken is cooked, To give the Tikka a color and appearance similar to that from a tandoor, sear it over the flame for a short while.

๐Ÿ€Once the Chicken Tikka is ready, coat it with cream, butter, and garam masala. Now, the Chicken Malai Tikka is ready to be served.When frying the pieces of chicken, after removing them, toast the remaining spices and mix them with cream and butter to make chicken tikka.

๐Ÿ€ Serve your pan-seared chicken tikka with some mint chutney on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
