💠Crispy and flavourful lentils patties recipe

I hope you are happy and healthy. Today, i will share a recipe of lentils patties. Chane aur chhilke moong dal ki patties are crispy and flavorful, loved by everyone. Their preparation is simple, making them perfect for delighting our family and guests. Let me share the recipe with you.

Ingredients:
🏵️ 1 cup chane ki dal (split Bengal gram)
🏵️ 1 cup chhilka moong dal (split green gram )
🏵️ 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
🏵️ 1 small onion, finely chopped
🏵️ 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
🏵️ 5-6 garlic cloves
🏵️ 3-4 green chilli
🏵️ 1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
🏵️ Salt to taste
🏵️ Oil for frying

Preparation

💠 Soak the chane ki dal and chhilka moong dal together in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.

💠 Drain the water from the soaked lentils and grind them into a coarse paste without adding water, mixing in garlic and green chili.

💠 Transfer the ground dal mixture into a mixing bowl and add red chilli powder, crushed coriander seeds, chopped onion, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well.

💠 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
💠 Take small portions of the dal mixture and shape them into small patties.

💠 Gently slide the shaped dal patties into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.

💠 Remove the fried dal bade from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
💠 Serve hot with green chutney or tamarind chutney.
