🌺Delicious Potato Curry Recipe
Hello friends,
I hope you are happy and healthy. Today i will share a delicious recipe of Potato Curry. We call this curry 'Station-style Potato curry. It tastes delicious, especially when served with puri. Let's make this recipe together.
Ingredients:
🌿 250 g Potatoes boil and mashed
🌿2 tomatoes chopped
🌿Oil
🌿 ginger garlic paste
🌿Cumin seeds (jeera): 1 teaspoon
🌿Turmeric powder (haldi): 1/2 teaspoon
🌿Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
🌿Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
🌿 Dried mango powder
🌿Salt: to taste
🌿Water: as needed
🌿Fresh coriander leaves: for garnish
Preparation
🍄First, boil and mash the potatoes.
🍄Then heat oil in a pan.
🍄Add cumin seeds and let them crackle,then add curry leaves.
Let them splutter.
🍄Then add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well or let the tomatoes cook.
🍄Then add mashed potatoes and saute for a few minutes.
🍄Cover the potatoes and let them cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
🍄Add water as needed and let it simmer for a while to adjust the taste.
🍄Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
🍄Serve hot with roti, paratha, or puri.
Children really enjoy this potato curry with puri.
