At the beginning of the year, I set some goals to accomplish this year.

Since 2023 already ended and 2024 already started, it is time to review if I was able to archive my goals.

Family Life

I had a lot of quality time with the family, creating new memories and doing a lot of activities.

Job

From a professional perspective, my biggest objective is to better understand the different areas of the new company where I had started.

In my opinion, this objective was successfully completed, with room for improvement as I was unable to interact with all 10 companies in the group.

Financial

Family Loans

In this regard, I had two clear objectives:

• negotiate the loan related to my house to improve the conditions I had;
• lower the outstanding amount related to car credit to below €10,000 and try to lower it below €9,000

I was able to achieve these two objectives as, in relation to housing credit, I reduced the spread from 1.95% to 0.85% and also reduced the period of non-payment from 34 years to 30 years, saving 4 years of interest.
In relation to car credit,** I was able to reduce the outstanding amount to below €10,000**, but I was unable to reduce it to €9,000.

Unfortunately, in March I had to take out a health credit due to an operation I had to carry out where I needed €6,369.12 with a term of 24 months.
However, due to immense effort I managed to end the year with only €1,900 to pay.

Crypto Investments

I set goals to reach 3 000 Hive Power and 2 000 LEO Power.

I am very happy since I was able to achieve both of my goals and still manage to reach my second Hive goal, which is 4,000 HP.

Furthermore, I finished the year with 4 006 HP and 3 113.725 LP.

Hive activity

I managed to improve my activity in our community, having managed to make 280 posts, I still didn't manage to reach the goal of one post per day, and I made 532 comments.

2023 Goals

Financial

Family Loans

This year I will continue to work to reduce the amount owed on credits and thus be able to keep all my net income available for investments and thus be able to generate more wealth.

The objectives are:

• House Loan: This year and in the next 10 years I will not set any objective to reduce the amount owed as I have fixed the interest rate for the next 10 years. Any reduction you make will result in a 2% penalty, so it's best to save the money and put it to work so that at the right time you can make the reduction.

• Car Loan: I currently have a debt amount of €9,967.50, and I will do everything I can to get this amount down to below €7,500.

• Health Loan: I currently have €1,900 in debt and I want to pay off this loan in the first 3 months of the year. This leaves you with more available to repay on the other loan.

Crypto Investments

So my goals for 2023 are:

• reach 7 000 Hive Power;
• reach 4 438,957 Leo Power;

If for some reason I don't expect I can achieve these goals sooner than expected, then I will set new goals at that time.

Hive activity

In terms of activity on Hive, I will try to reach 300 posts in a year and at least try to reach 500 comments in a year, making my iteration with other people in the community a huge increase.
