My new toy has arrived!

After having spent more than a month thinking about buying a 3D printer to create a new hobby since, in addition to work and family life, I play handball and the free time I have is limited.

However, despite all this, I decided to buy a Bambu Lab A1 with the AMS in order to allow multicolor without me always having to change the filament.

The Bambu Lab A1 arrived last Wednesday, and of course I wanted to assemble it and start playing around with free 3D models in order to see the results of the printer.

The first test I did was the benchy test as it only took around 16 minutes to print and the result was fantastic.

The fact that the printer arrived on Wednesday and my son turns 2 tomorrow meant that my wife started making several requests since the party's theme was wild animals, and she couldn't find wild animal dolls at a Reasonable price for a party for a 2-year-old.

Initially, he started just saying that he wanted an elephant and a lion, but in reality at this point the list has already grown, and I have made a lion, a wolf, two elephants, a rhino, a bear, and a monkey.

In addition to the list being increased, animals now have to be animals using poly form.

After finishing, I decided to try printing an articulated toy for my son using a model of a panda that was already incorporated into the printer.

When I showed him the toy, he went crazy and spent the rest of the day playing with just that toy.

Of course, with this my eldest daughter also wanted to ask me to print some things, but the requirement was that she would currently only print pieces in one color.

The list started with a unicorn using poly form and a chair to place its bitzee on.

The unicorn was quite easy to print and there were no errors.

Regarding the chair for Bitzee.

I tried to innovate and put a different color on the letters, but due to the color change being made at an unfavorable height, the chair ended up having errors such as, for example, the part of the letters was not fixed correctly.

This made me remember that I'm a noobie and that I have a lot to learn, and so for now I'll continue with printing basic things and I won't be the one to decide where I change the color.

The next steps are to learn more about the features of the printer, as well as the features of Bambu Studio.

Later I will learn how to make some 3D models of my own.

I hope I found a hobby that I will have a lot of fun with.
