I recently got some copper rounds for novelty. This is the first post in the series of posts of these copper rounds. Yes copper does have some value to it but buying it in these coin shaped rounds is not very profitable. I bought these coins for mostly entertainment but also to sort of "dip my toes" into accumulating precious metals. I do think copper is undervalued but in this instance I really bought these coins for the fun of it.

These were actually not very expensive. I have looked into other novelty coins and these are actually less expensive than plastic or generic metal "coins". I bought several crypto related rounds and lots of cannabis legalization related rounds. BTC was sold out unfortunately or I would have grabbed done of those too.

I do plan to start buying gold and silver too, but one step at a time.

These are really nice. I am happy with how they look and feel. I will be posting all of the copper bullion rounds I purchased eventually. I got about 20 of them so it may take a while.

I wonder if there is any chance 20 years from today those pawn shops are going to tell tales of how crypto was boom in this era.

I'm a fan of copper rounds, they're cheap and underpriced in my opinion. When the metal market corrects, there will be great demand for copper, along with gold, silver and platinum.

Copper is going to be more and more valuable in the future! Never a bad investment!

I agree copper is undervalued but there is no way I have found to get some without a huge (percentage wise) mark up. Even these coins, which are fantastic have a huge mark up compared to the price of copper. That's why I consider them a novelty and not investment. These cost about $2.25 each(on average) but the price of copper for an ounce is around 30 cents. That said I will still buy them because I enjoy them . I have tons more to post too. I plan to get silver next.

Nice. I didn't see any 100 when I looked. The most I saw were 10 I think. I am still learning and playing around for now but I will check those out. Thanks.

The bigger the bar you get the better, and the lower the premium will be as well!
