THE POWER OF INFLUENCE

We all have our designated way to behave, act, and do things but there are stages in life we get to, and at that point, we notice that we cultivate attributes of someone close to us whereby people tell us we act like someone we have had a close relationship with. There is a place of love and understanding that brings us subject to some changes around us. Although we have our thought, they can be well channeled by the power of influence.

What is the power of influence?
A great ability to control or coerce is what we called power; the ability to affect, and make changes either positively or negatively is regarded as an influence.
The ability power uses to influence men is highly rated, because of the standard. It demands certain ways from people and also commits specific actions, coercing them to do it leaving them with no option to act the way they are directed even if it is right or not but with just the ability to control. If this particular action is not carried out, power can use its title to make out consequences. This is one way power has a large influence on us.
The influence can come in subtly as it does not coerce but can also affect and change us using personal skills. It is a voluntary action.

Influence does not just happen in a day; it is a continuous process that begins gradually. One of the strongest powers of influence is RELATIONSHIP. It is one of the ways in which we can be influenced positively or negatively.
You cannot be with a friend in the same house for a long time and not at some point start exhibiting their trait, you consciously or unconsciously copy them or begin to look like them, dress like them or talk like them. Just as the Bible says "that we all, with open faces beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." As we behold Christ we become more like Him, as we stay with Him, we look more like Him which is the power of influence in our relationship with Him. In like manner as we behold people, have relationships with them, and spend time with them, we become like them, this is the power of influence.
Consciously we see ourselves saying, we like the particular way someone does, then we look up to them as role models and we consciously become like them. I have come to discover in different fields of life that whoever you pay more attention to, you become like them. Foe examples, in music, I discover that some people sing like someone he or she listens to, even in their unconsciousness they start sounding like them, people hear them sing and say you sing like this particular person that is the power of influence.
We can come to discuss the power of influence in diverse ways but I have to ascertain mine in the area of relationship and how it has the power of influencing us. This power of influence comes from the heart, it starts from who we are and the ability of what we are, we impose and impact different things through our influence. That is the Power of Influence.
