Review: Saw X.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to the cinema to see the new movie, Saw X, which has flooded the social networks lately, this movie has been catalogued as practically the best (after the first movie: Saw), here I will explain from my point of view why this installment is being very well received by the public.
Ayer tuve el placer de ir al cine a ver la nueva película, Saw X, la cual ha inundado las redes sociales últimamente, esta película la han catalogado como prácticamente la mejor (después de la primera película: Saw), aquí te explicaré desde mi punto de vista el porqué esta entrega está siendo muy bien recibida por el público.
For those who don't like horror (or somehow don't know the saga), the Saw movies are a series of horror and suspense films that follow the main character, Jigsaw, a serial killer who places his victims in deadly traps and gives them the option to save their lives if they complete certain tests or sacrifices. The films are full of plot twists and turns and are known for their graphic violence and dark, sinister atmosphere.
Para los que no les gusta el terror (o de alguna manera no conozcan la saga), las películas de Saw son una serie de películas de terror y suspenso que siguen al personaje principal, Jigsaw, un asesino en serie que coloca a sus víctimas en trampas mortales y les da la opción de salvar sus vidas si cumplen ciertas pruebas o sacrificios. Las películas están llenas de giros y vueltas en la trama y son conocidas por su violencia gráfica y su atmósfera oscura y siniestra.
On the other hand, the fans have responded very well to this one, mainly because we see Tobey Bell back in a perfect move, since we all know that his character dies in the 3rd installment, so seeing him back in this movie has left everyone very satisfied.
Por otro lado, los fans han respondido muy bien a esta, principalmente, porque vemos de vuelta a Tobey Bell en una jugada perfecta, ya que todos sabemos que su personaje muere en la 3ª entrega, por lo que verlo de vuelta en esta película ha dejado a todos muy satisfechos.
This film gives us 5 interesting twists, leaving you with that great feeling of anxiety and fear that this saga has always had, from the beginning it surprises because we realize the date in which it was set, as well as who were the victims in this occasion of the legendary Jigsaw.
Esta película nos da 5 giros interesantes, dejándote con esa grandiosa sensación de ansiedad y miedo que siempre ha tenido esta saga, desde el inicio sorprende porque nos damos de cuenta la fecha en la que fue ambientada, al igual que quienes fueron las víctimas en esta ocasión del legendario Jigsaw.
Curiously, yesterday I listened to some friends (who do not know the saga), I noticed that they all had the same opinion, claiming that these movies are pure senseless murders, but we must keep in mind that thieves, rapists, murderers participate in these games. , people who self-harm, etc. Since we all know that Jigsaw doesn't get along well with people who don't value life, or who play with it in some way.
Curiosamente, ayer escuché a unos amigos (los cuales no conocen la saga), noté que todos tenían la misma opinión, alegando que estas películas son puros asesinatos sin sentido, pero hay que tener en cuenta que en estos juegos participan ladrones, violadores, asesinos, personas que se autolesionan, etc. Ya que todos sabemos que Jigsaw no se la lleva bien con las personas que no valoran la vida, o que juegan con ella de alguna manera.
This film is also acclaimed for the way in which it connects this film with the rest of the saga, giving even more meaning to the entire Saw story, without a doubt it lives up to the expectations we all had with it.
Esta película también es aclamada por la manera en la que conecta esta película con el resto de la saga, dándole aún más sentido a toda la historia de Saw, sin duda alguna está a la altura de las expectativas que teníamos todos con esta.
Like all movies, this one also has small details that can be a little annoying, or maybe we just can't let it go. One of those details is a very noticeable yellow filter when being in Mexico (Since the film is set in that country), and discussing it with a friend who is also a fan of these films, we came to the conclusion that Hollywood always has done this when presenting this country.
Como todas las películas, esta también tiene pequeños detalles que pueden resultar algo molesto, o quizás solo no lo podemos dejar pasar. Uno de esos detalles es un muy notable filtro amarillo al momento de estar en México (Ya que la película está ambientada en dicho país), y discutiéndolo junto a un amigo que también es fans de estas películas, llegamos a la conclusión de que Hollywood siempre ha hecho esto al momento de presentar este país.
As for the tests presented by the Legendary Jigsaw this time, they were not the best of the saga, but without forgetting that the plot was very good, so the tests themselves could be left a little aside.
En cuanto a las pruebas que presentó el Legendario Jigsaw en esta oportunidad, pues no fueron las mejores de la saga, pero sin dejar pasar que la trama estuvo muy bien, por lo que las pruebas en sí podríamos dejarlo un poco de lado.
Undoubtedly Saw X is a movie worth seeing, and even more that it is in theaters, it's great to see Jigsaw on screen again, it was great to relive the best memories of one of the best horror movie sagas, this movie had it all and that made it much more interesting.
Sin duda alguna Saw X es una película que vale la pena ir a ver, y más aún que está en cartelera en el cine, es genial volver a ver a Jigsaw en pantalla de nuevo, estuvo muy genial revivir los mejores recuerdos de una de las mejores sagas del cine del terror, esta pelicula lo tuvo todo y eso la hizo mucho más interesante.

Having been a fan of the first film and then getting disappointed by the many sequels it is great to hear we finally have another good Saw movie. Thanks for the review, looking forward to seeing this film.
