Hunter-x-Hunter's Stepping into the Heaven's Arena

I've already reached the Season 2 of the anime that I'm watching on Netflix. This is the part when Killua has managed to leave his parent's house, for the 2nd time, to have another adventure. This time around, he's with Gon who has a goal to get strong enough to be able to challenge Hisuka.

I have skipped some of the episodes in Season 1 because I was excited to re-watch this season. I think this is one of the most exciting parts of the story because this is the part when Gon & Killua have managed to learn about Nen.

This is also the part of the story when they both learn about their specialties.

Gon as an Enhancer

He can manage to focus his aura on his arm to make his punch stronger.
By doing this, he's able to throw a punch that has the power of a cannonball. He's already strong even before he learns Nen so now that he's able to coat his fist with his aura then he's able to weaponize it.

Killua as a Transmuter

He's one of the scariest characters in this anime. He came from a family of assassins and he was trained to be the best of them. With this training as an assassin, he can easily take down weaker enemies with a single chop. With an added ability to use Nen, he was able to manipulate his aura and utilize electricity as his weapon. He's fast, sharp, and strong.

Watching these 2 kids climb up the floors of Heaven's Arena was an exciting part of the story. It's also funny at the same time because the audience underestimates them often because they are just kids.

However, whenever they manage to take down their opponents with a single push or chop then the audience becomes speechless with amazement because of their strength.

Another interesting part of this season is when they found their Nen Master. I learned that even though they went through the Hunter's Exam, it turned out that the next thing that they have to pass is to be able to learn how to use Nen.

Killua discovered it when he fought Zushi who is also a young participant in the Heave's arena. He was surprised that a kid like Zushi has able to withstand his chops so he got curious until they finally convinced Master Wing to teach them about the true power of Nen.

In the next episodes, I'll be watching their fights in Heaven's Arena and see their progress in building up their abilities and Nen power. I think it will get more exciting from here.
