🐸 I just bought and staked 300 Zing tokens 🐉
Whenever I set my focus on something, I make sure to try to give my all or I'll not even start at all. It was May of 2023 when I decided to build my Hivepower and ever since that day, I kept thinking of ways to achieve the goal that I set back then, a 20k HP goal by the end of year 2025! Currently, I have managed to achieve around 15% of my goal. Although I'm still far from it, my daily activities on the platform are adding up to closing the gap. Who knows, as I get closer to my goal then things will turn up more to a point that it will escalate my progress.
It's all about consistency and persistence. With my daily contribution to the platform with my content and engagement, I'm earning tokens and I'm also able to widen my network hence the probability of earning more is getting better as well.
In the same manner, it was November of last year when I decided to venture to the Holozing token mining. I have also set a goal to achieve a 20k stake by the end of year 2025. So far, so good. It feels like this is an easy goal to achieve since I managed to take part in farming the token when the APR for the HP Delegation was still high. Nowadays, the rate is so much lower which makes it less profitable compared to before. So I decided to simply undelegate my HP and thought of buying Zing tokens from the open market instead.
Of course, by staking my Zing tokens, I'm also earning more tokens to compound my stake as well.
Building my Zing stake is so much easier than my HP, especially with the current price of Zing. So whenever I have spare Hive tokens then I buy some of the Zing tokens when an opportunity presents itself.
It felt like a Holozing opportunity was presented in front of me as I looked at the current price of $Zing which is around $0.003, that's a sweet deal! With the current price of Hive, I could also say that the price of $Zing was dwarfed even further. For someone like me who wants to accumulate more of the Zing token, I want to take advantage of it, so I bought 300 tokens at Hive-Engine and added them to my stake.
That pushes my stake to 5300+ Zing tokens.
I guess if you don't care about the price and all you have to care about is achieving your goals then it will be a lot less stressful. At this point, I don't pay attention to profit or gains, instead, I'm putting my attention on how I'm able to accumulate more of the tokens.
At this point, the feasible way is to stay active in posting and engaging with other users. Time will pass and growth will happen. Before I even realized it I could be close to achieving my goals.
