Make positive affirmations a routine for yourself

We all get tired sometimes and it may even get to a point where you feel like it's not worth it anymore. It could be in any aspect of our life like career, relationship, finance, or probably all of it. At least once in our life, we will have this feeling of wanting to give up on a venture that we started.

Could it be that you over-committed to a point that it's almost impossible to achieve? Or could it be that you expected too much from yourself and that you can't catch up anymore?

No matter what caused it to happen, there's only one thing that you should do and that's to keep pursuing until you get to your goal or get close to it.

There's a technique that I learned that I'm trying to include in my routine
and that is "positive affirmations". It's simple to do. You only need to keep reminding yourself through verbal communication to yourself regularly. The more you keep reminding yourself about your positive aspects then the more convincing power that you will get it.

It's the constant communication to yourself that will start a chain reaction that will have an impact on the shift of your mindset. In the long run, you will begin to realize the importance of focusing on reaching your goals.

There's also a good tip that I learned from one of my colleagues and that's to keep learning and improving your skills. No matter how good you are, there will be a time when you will become obsolete. Times are changing fast. Technology has improved and it keeps on innovating and so should we. If you won't adapt to modern times then you can never be able to catch up.

Of course, we can't have a perfect record of being in control of our fate but we can always keep trying until we reach the top tier!

This is something that happen to me last year as I couldnt figure out a way to stay active on Hive, my goal is to be active at least for one entire market cycle but there were times I see it impossible, we are our worst enemies, different methods work on each of us, for me is just not looking back, no matter how well I did last week not looking back keeps me grinding like what I achieve never existed because I know myself, that internal communication as you mention is key to success, better follow a plan and fail that failing without a plan 🦾😎
