Thursday morning thoughts in the MRT

I keep forgetting that there's such an event here in Hive that happens every 1st day of the month... the HPUD or the Hive Power Up Day. I believe there's a contest on top of this event but I haven't researched about it yet. I think this is a good initiative by the community to show the world how committed we are to the growth and stability of the financial side of the blockchain. Powering up those Hive tokens ensures that there are less tokens in the open market and more tokens that are locked up in the chain.

Less tokens in the open market adds to the volatility of the price of the token. But as more and more Hive tokens are being locked up as Hivepower the stability of the Hive and HBD is getting firm as well.

I will have a mental note about the HPUD and try to participate in next month's event too.

Subsequently, I'll keep my activities in the platform and do my best in building my HP in the process.

I believe that an effective way to make it happen is to be consistent in my activities. To be consistent with my posting and engagement as well. Posting regularly is like a hobby that I squeeze into my busy schedule. Sharing thoughts about almost everything that I'm interested about or events in my day-to-day life that I wanted to write about.

Occasionally, I share my artworks too. My sketches and coloring of the Holozing characters which is a good way for me to reignite my passion for creating.

I think that participating here in the platform brings out the artistic side of me. It requires more practice but eventually I will get better if I stay on track and be consistent with what I do.

Just imagine what you will be like after a year or 5 years?
