Greetings Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!

Guess what? Today is the 32nd Caturday of 2023!

Not saying that makes this particular Saturday any better than the other ones, but it's a new way of measuring things so we thought we'd try it on for size!

Quiet Caturday!

The truth of the matter is that we've had an extremely quiet Caturday here this week. We're finally enjoying a weekend without house guests, and it's one of those rare occasions when the Hoomans aren't super busy doing their thing as well!

It is not a very common occurrence that our house is actually quiet both in terms of people moving around doing things and also from an energetic standpoint. After all, we cats are very sensitive to energy and moods and such things!

Smudge is busy doing one of the things she likes the most which is to take a good nap in the sunshine. I've been taking a few naps in the sunshine as well.

Quiet Crypto Week...

Meanwhile, it seems like it was a very quiet week in the Cryptosphere as well. Even the price of our Hive token is virtually identical to where it was one week ago!

I don't mind too terribly much, because it's nice to actually spend a little time not being on the crazy roller coaster ride! Would mind seeing a slow but steady uptick, though...

Other than that, there's not a whole lot of news in our little corner of the world. We're all basically doing well and enjoying this part of the late summer. We can already feel that the days are getting shorter... the "dark season" is slowly approaching, in its inevitable way.

Cats by @captainklaus (and Sissi!) is another "general" cat content community.

There are a number of other feline communities listed on Hive, but I am not sharing them for now as they have not had any activity (by their Admins OR users) since the Steem/Hive fork. Updates as they become available!
