Portobello Mushroom stuffed with Fake Meat!

Hey Foodies!
I know you really cant see it. But I promise that in the small bowl there is a Portobello Mushroom with fake meat inside and then I just made something else on side.

Here’s what I use:

These things are leftovers from yesterday where my roomie and I had a few friends over to eat. So I didn't weight it as a use to.

But I do know that I used 300g of Mixed Greens xD

Spices:

Tumeric
White Pepper
Salt

Instructions & Cooking Times:

I heated up the leftovers in a pot slowly while frying the veggies with chickpeas in a pan.
In the end I add Hummus.
