Bees??? Affinity Designer Random Artwork?

So a while back I bought Affinity Designer to do Illustrations in. I did pay for Photoshop and Illustrator for a while, but I use the programs far and few inbetween, that is way better on my wallet if I just flat out bought a Illustrator Program and Affinity Designer let you do that.

Which for me means I don't have to stress about not using a program since it doesn't cost me anything extra! I also don't know what I am doing in any of those programs, so its a slow learning curve.

I also kinda only have the mental energy for this in the weekends, meaning I don't learn that much :p
I hope this will be better when I get the new job, but thats a post for another time.

Since I ain't that good, I just want to fuck around with different isometric things + shading and combining the boxes in different ways.

This first one is just somewhat of a lackluster beehive or it should have been :P

This one is more of a Apartment complex build from the same blocks as the hive, hence why they kept the colors!

The green block is going to turn into a bush at somepoint when I understand how to curve the lines and a wiggle pattern.

I do enjoy making these kind of random things, but its hard mentally for me since I don't know any tools, so I am using so much of my brainpower to do little things or little adjustments and learning slowly :D
