Delaying Failure

I have had plenty of time to watch stuff and do stuff, mainly watch stuff.
Even though I have been working out a bit, I haven't been to the Gym which I properly should even though I am not really interested in being there, lifting heavy weights is just a good idea and I will write it down on a piece of paper and hopefully take the action to get into the Gym tomorrow. I am running out of vacation fast! :p

I have listen to a guy called Dr.K on youtube beforehand and he is quite amazing at explaining topics and boiling them down for people to understand and he does take up some big topics like ADHD & Anxiety and explain alot of what is going on with that but also going into specific common problems the groups have and that is helping a lot of people cope or learning to cope / giving some people more confidience again.

Delaying Failure!

A video from him pop up today where he is discussing the term Delaying Failure and the mindset of inevitable failure as many people with ADHD have.
Many of us have been used to fail at many things in life, so this idea or mindset of inevitable failure looms within many of us, so why even try if we are going to fail either right?
Dr.K, does point out that failing is a good thing because its a learnable moment, but we tend to get overwhelmed a lot which can also hinder us.

I think Delaying Failure is a lot like Keep Trying or Dont Give Up. Delaying Failure is just much more specific and gives a better reason to why you want to keep trying doing something, because everytime you delay the failure your brain have more time to create a habit and learn something new.
