Fuck the System. I need to be Rich
It might sounds strange since the system is build on greed and exploratation of humans, animals and the planet for the slightest 1% gain for a better life for the majority of people.
Which is insane to me
The system is fucked everywhere and in any country and in everything we build, Hive is one of the positive things in this system yet it ain't perfect (also, what is perfect?).
We have often talked about having or getting a stronger middle class on Hive would improve the entire ecosystem and I think this should be push very hard onto the rest of the FIAT socity.
I have said it before and I will properly say it again, I don't understand the insane amount of money CEO's is paid monthly or in bonuses, there should be a cap also on private companies and the majority of people should be aware of who they are support and what ethics they have.
So why should I be rich? Well, I want to build a different system within the system. So starting business build upon more circular economy, so the lowest workers in the company makes 10%(ish) more than what the minimum wage is + the products which we sells is either equal or a bit cheaper than there counterparts which profit isn't our focus. I as a CEO would also not take a bonus, that would be giving to the hard working people of the company tax-free + my salary would be standard.
This idea and way of doing business could fuck so many overly greedy shit CEO's over, since they don't know how to manage their money and they buy shit to impress their friends.
All of this would create a bigger middle class in socity and hopefully try to install better wellfare for everybody since nobody is struggling but they are thriving.
But the way socity works right now it takes money to start shit like this but after the first business, it should be way easier.
As a extra bonus, I do also thing we should limit company diviends to 1% and use all of the money normally paid out to investor to pay our workers better and maybe use it as a quartly bonus ^^

I don't believe in caps in free markets. There is too much legislation already but the second part of this sentence is absolutely spot on and would use people power to make a cap happen. If people only supported who they thought were acting ethically and responsibly, the consumers would be in full control of the companies!
The problem is...people want cheap, and price always trumps ethics and responsibility in the eyes of the consumer. Its stalemate!

If they didn't get millions in salary or bonuses, the hardworking people at the bottom could be paid 1-2 dollars more an hour! Making the middle class richer xD
