Future Routine!
Since I got a job, but morning routine have now changed which is pretty nice!
I have made an updated one for the future which I want to apply as fast as possible, but there is a few things which are holding it back.
The Future Routine is:
- Wake up
- Workout (Depends if I have a early shift or not)
- Work
- Workout (Depends if I have a early shift or not)
- Draw (Want to get more into digital art)
- Read
- Make food
- Run(?)
- Meditate
- Go to bed.
I think its quite simple and should be followed in that order.
As I wrote, the workout depends on when I have to get to work, if I have early shift I will be working out after work since the fitness center is right next to my job. (This is on pause at the moment, since I am quite tired after my work and isn't used to working, so I gotta get used to it. I am also paying for another fitness center at the moment and I don't to be paying for 2 at a time, that would be waste of money)
I do want to get home from work and then just draw something or at least practice as a way to relax instead of gravitating to my laptop and watching youtube or read a book
And ofcouse I need some food and I will not be wasting money on take out, I am not that kinda of person. Take out is rare, mainly because its expensive :p
I did put in "run" but I am not sure. I made this list before I started the job and I must say. The job is quite taxing on my feet, I work around 20k steps now only from work, so I don't think running out be needed.
I am really bad at meditating daily, but it would be so awesome for me to start doing it. I feel so much better after I have meditated for 15 mins. So bliss
I kinda just wanted to make a post and I scrambled this together fast :p
Running after 20k steps while work sounds hard :D
Maybe you can run in a marathon soon :D
Well yes. Thats the whole point :p haha.
I do need to get moee used to walking this distance before I start to running afterwards though xD
Maybe not hard, but my feet are hurting after a day xD
Haha yeah i am comfortable walking but running is something totally different. Do people that do running enjoy it? :D
I kinda wanted to run a half maraton before the end of the year.
But I hurt my foot and really couldn't walk for 8 weeks xD
