Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) Stock - Drop 13%
Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) - Drops 13% in 1 day after the news broke that the Swedish government isn't going to be giving SAS any more money even though the Swedish Government is holding a 21.8% stake in the company (same as Denmark).
It dropped from 0.54 dkk to 0.46 dkk in one day
I bought it at 1.27 dkk and I got 590 shares. So I am down 62% in total. Properly my worst investment ever!
Its not a lot of money, so it really doesn't bother me and I will also be waiting to sell to see what plan they come up with.
One of the reason I bought it, is because its the One company the entire danish Government and swedish Government uses/used for airtravels.
One of the problems I see is that the current CEO of SAS Anko Van Der Werff's salary is 1.862002 million USD a year and the firm is not doing well.
