The actually plan
A follow up post to yesterdays overall post. This is a more precious post or game plan :D
It may also be a little but generel, but I don't like to be "boxed" in.
Meal:
Eat more healthly and quit the sugar!
As I wrote yesterday, my diet is not the worst. I still have sugar now and then and a soda and I want to get rid of the soda to begin with so I can replace it with water, which I suck at drinking at the moment!
I have add in more fruit today at least, which is neat! A good process today :D
Workout:
Well, I did stretching and pushups, pullups and back. So way better than what I have done in the past and I might also go for a little biking trio here before bed, just to get some fresh air.
Learning:
This one is still one to come. But its a mix of not know what to buy to learn or sub to to learn x)
I asked about Brilliant.org on waves yesterday for the same reason.
I think I might try Brilliant and learn a bit of Python and see if I can get hooked to learn how to code bots for Hive :p
I am also setting all posts to 100% HP.
Beside yesterday. I forgot xD
