Wow Gym. How did that happen?
Wow Gym!
Before this week, it was ages since I was in a Gym.
I secretly hate the gym and weights. I am much more inclined to do Calisthenics or movement training!
But my friend started going to the gym and ask if I wanted to join.
I really to get startes doing something but didn't really wanted to do it myself so we do, 3 times a week for 30-40min at max.
Its in and out as fast as possible because none of us really want to be there.
Its a very simple start and that what it is, a start:
10 min rowing.
10x3 Push Ups
10x3 Back bends? (I dont know the correct term)
10x3 Sit
Stretching for a little bit.
Thats it. Easy, simple and done quickly. Very nice start.

We went 3 times this week ^^ Monday, Tuesday and Friday! So its a very good start! And its light and fast, which is perfect for both of us :D

Yup that’s me for sure! Static exercises are not suitable for me, would pick to do a sport anytime. But then again that would be time consuming!😅
Yes. Sports above static exercises! Just movement in generelly feels better than weights xD
Oh well gym has its own benefits like targeted exercises but yeah just too boring for me 😅
