Hello Everyone,
Cyclops here with an exciting travel post in Pinmapple Community after a long time. Today I will share with you the memories of one of the best tours of my life through this post. Last month in a tour of my department, we students along with the faculty went to Cox's Bazar, the longest beach in the world. The four-day tour brought back some good and bad memories. Among them the interesting ones are described below.

As this is the last tour of undergraduate life, it was decided by the department that this time we will go to the best sightseeing places in Bangladesh. And since this year's weather was extra hot compared to other years, the plan to go to Cox's Bazar was adopted based on everyone's opinion. In view of that, on April 5, we participated in the tour with a total of 125 students and faculty of our Geography and Environment Department.

Land survey moment

We left for Cox's Bazar by night bus from Dhaka. As this tour is a subject of our studies, we had some survey work besides traveling there. So instead of going to the beach first we went to a village in Cox's Bazar and gathered. At First, our course teacher gathers all of us in an open space and gives a briefing on how we will do the tasks. He taught us everything by pen. Then we 120 people divided into 12 groups and spread to different parts of the village to complete the survey.

We go with our group to a densely populated part of the village. We visit every house there and list the information of everyone in the house, their source of income and other things. We also make surveys about a place's geographical location, soil characteristics and crop production rates. Thus, 10 of us visited about 40 houses and were able to make a thorough survey of the village.

After a long time out of the city, I enjoyed the village environment very much. Although the weather was very warm, everyone enjoyed the time together as there were many friends. A small river flows on one side of the village and arable land on the other side. The people of the village build houses around the river. We were so busy that we didn't get a chance to take pictures. However, as a memory, I captured a few pictures through mobile. We worked tirelessly to complete our survey despite the intense heat. This is how we complete the first day of the tour.

Second day boat trip

My second day started after a long 8 hours of bus journey on the first day and a terrible sleep after a full day of work. At the beginning of the day we all went to the boat wharf after having breakfast. Then we rent a boat and observe the sea for about 2 hours by boat. We enjoy our time together very much. We sang, took pictures and made mischief together. The most interesting thing is that boating was also a part of our subject course.

At the time of the boat trip, the sun was almost in the middle of the sky. The reflection of the sun in the water was really beautiful. Although it was hot in the sun, we had a lot of fun in the boat.

Best moments of Cox's Bazar

2 days After completing all the subject course work, on the 3rd day we spend time at the beach. As it is the longest beach in the world, it is always crowded with tourists. I had a strong desire to sit by the sea and watch the sunset. I fulfilled that in this tour. We go to the beach a little before dusk. At that time, the number of tourists on the beach was less. We see the sun slowly going down. We enjoy this time together.

At sunset, the entire sea takes on a wonderful color. At this time the sea takes on a red color. Meanwhile, hightides are created in the sea, as a result of which big waves are seen. I stand by the sea for a while and feel a spiritual bond with nature. The waves of the sea wash over my feet. It was a different feeling. I will remember this for the rest of my life.

Sohan, one of my close friends, took a great picture of me with his iPhone. Basically I am not very interested in taking pictures of myself. Also, I don't take many pictures of nature. Rather, I like to leave everything out of control and enjoy the beauty of nature.

The last day is mountain day

After spending some incredible time in Cox's Bazar we proceed to Bandarban on the last day of the tour. As this is the last tour of our graduate career we wanted to travel to sea as well as mountains. In view of that, we go to Bandarban, one of the hilly regions of Bangladesh, as the last day's spot.

Our happiest moment in Bandarban was traveling in Chander's car. It is an open-top car that can be used to drive fast on hilly roads and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty of the hills. We travel about 14 km in Chander's car. Meanwhile we climbed the highest mountain in Bandarban.

The entire Bandarban can be seen from the top of the hill. I have never seen such a beautiful sight with my own eyes. That day I was looking around in surprise.

It was late afternoon when we reached Nilachal. The sun was slowly setting. At that time, the sun looked very beautiful from the corner of the top of the hill. I capture a beautiful picture of my friend Sohan with the entire Bandarban as the background.

Since this was our last tour, we took several group photos to preserve our memories. Especially our department teachers share their joy with us. We students and teachers take group photos together.

This was the brief memory of my Cox's Bazar tour. I celebrated the best tour of my life this time. Along with the many good things that happened on this tour, I also had a sudden accident. During a trip in Chand's car I accidentally hit home with a wire tangled in a tree branch and cracked my head and bled profusely. I was immediately taken to the hospital with first aid and 2 stitches on my head. After my condition, everyone in the department took good care of me, especially my close friends who looked after me and took care of me. After this accident, I realized how much they are mine. However, all in all I completed the tour with great excitement. Tell me how you feel in the comments. So far today. Hope to be able to appear with new content very soon. Until then stay well, stay healthy, good bye.
