My English Spoken Poetry (Performance #1)

Hello, how are your world?

I'm zander a Filipino from the Philippines, this is my first post in the OCD community 😁. I am a newbie, you can know me more in my introduction here in this POST

I have a story that I want to share with you guys it's my performance in Grade 6 when I participated in a "SPOKEN POETRY CONTEST" in our English subject.

I remember that was a happy day but I was super nervous at that time almost 1 day to make 1 short video😂🤣 but I'm still happy because it was a contest and I know there are who were
better than me😁

Mama and I did some performance practice. She taught me to pronounce the words well. I also need to feel the words so that I can act a bit. The other participants were dramatic almost crying and appeared so tired but my performance was different🤣😆I showed different feelings and actions. I also remember I was nervous because I know the video will be presented to the whole elementary school. I felt like I was a movie actor🤣😆. Ok now this is the video

I know it was not so good but I gave my effort in that video performance and my Mama boosted my confidence 🤗 she helped me too and I know she loves me❤️ that's why she helps each time and she almost accomplished not sleeping just to make my video good.

I submitted my video to my teacher through Facebook messenger.

I was the one who composed the words of the poetry but of course, Mama helped me. Here is the poetry that I composed.

I got 3rd place because other students have good acting than me but my mother was super appreciative of all I did..🥰 I'm thankful to have a good mother and have some talents that God gives to me🙏👼.

Hello @czander and welcome to Hive as I see this is your second post. I also see you're just 13. I'm going to post some newbie guides for you and please ask your mom to help you understand what it means and also help you choose the right community for your post.

We have different communities on Hive and we're encouraging users to post in the right community based on the topic of the post. OCD community is for topics that don't fit in any other community and should be used when you don't find a niche community for your post.

Once you posted your post in the right community, you can then cross post it to OCD community. Here's a guide about cross posting.

Please don't delete any post with the purpose of reposting it in another community as that can be considered abuse!

You really did a good job with your presentation,I could not stop watching you over and over again while you speak, it's incredible.

You have a supportive nother , and that's shows she's a good mother, she always want the best for you...
