This is great! The language you use to describe an inanimate object is rich and absorbing. It drew me in and made me believe for brief moments that you weren’t actually describing a piece of hardware.
There are too many lines to quote as standouts, but there are a stack that resonated with me. Very creative. Well done and thank you for sharing this piece.
