Splinterlands: A Tale of Ancient Prices | Here's Why You Should Be All In on Chaos Legion

There won't be any fancy math here. It's all gonna be simple math. You don't have to understand some tough concepts. This isn't DeFi 2.0 - It's mostly just basic economics.

We all know that Splinterlands NFT prices came crashing down. DEC us basically 50% of what it was a month ago. It's like everything is falling apart. History can teach us a lot here.

Paper Millionaire 3 Months Ago!

Those aren't really what NFTs are being sold for. But somebody list NFTs high enough - I can call myself a millionaire on paper. But even that is a blast from the past. Things are whole lot different now.

A Sherriff & An Almo

If you look at a hot market & show numbers go up - That's not much of an achievement. It's easy for some pointless token to go to moon. I've seen enough of that. Having things look awesome and strong in tough times is a sign of massive strength. I'd say we're having that with Splinterlands here.

Let's see that for your own eyes. These are some screenshots from time when many NFTs were running out of print. I thought of doing the smart thing: Buying them before prices go up :)

Basically, it was a long long time ago. You can check the current prices now. You can check how everything held up so far. These NFTs didn't gather virtual dust with me. They were used to earn income.

I thought I won't be using much of Almo Cambio. So I decided to give the guy up for rent. It was a smart choice IMHO.

• Go check prices of these NFTs
• Compare them against other assets in crypto
• Compare them with typical NFT risks (not liquid, value too subjective etc.)
• Calculate passive income based on rental market prices
• Calculate trading costs against competition (market fees, Gas prices)

It's Not All Rosy...

If you were thinking of a post saying Splinterlands is the best investment ever - this isn't it. All I'm telling you is it's a real smart pick. I'm trying to show these NFTs hold their value well. On top of that these make PASSIVE income for you.

Chaos Legion = Start of Mainstream

It's still not national MSM TV. But we are getting there. When the time comes current player base can easily do 10X or even 100X. When that happen what do you think is going to happen to Chaos Legion?
