20 Pushups & Almost 22K Steps - Set Your Mind, Get It!!!
Starting my day by getting a blast of cold water from the shower then taking Jerry out for a walk. Most of my steps on this day are from work. While at work I have been trying to work on my core and upper body strength a little.

I have been doing this by lifting the larger boxes above my head before placing on the pallet. Also doing a chin-up when requiring to look around, averaging about 15-20 chin-ups a day. All of this kinda comes easy at work as I am already active ...

The after work push, already tired and just want to sit. Today I did some push-ups prior to our evening walk. Managed to squeeze off 2 sets of 10 making for a solid 19 push-ups and one belly flop LOL more then I have done in awhile so it is a decent start. My plan is to keep it up daily, not push to hard to exhaust but still build strength. I have no intention of being "ripped" thus I do not require weight training making the exercises available with just body weight more than sufficient.
