POB community Engagement Dilemma (Why.?)
I noticed the rate of participants engagement in POB community have reduced to 50% or more and actions going on the platform is quite slow and dull.
I wouldn't know what the reasons are but the rate at which writers post in the community have reduced and the engagement level have reduced since @amr008.pob stopped his engagement project.
Before whenever I login to my personal feed which shows people I'm following I'm the platform, I get to see post dropping regularly with few minutes or 1 hour interval against each Post, which I will curate each Post and run out of voting power.
But since this week and today especially the interval I'm seeing within posts are getting to 4hours difference and this tells me that participants have reduced the way they write in the community.
This shows the community is loosing participants and they are also lacking interest in the community, this might be as a result that there is not engagement project which they earn from but they have to learn POB is not only for earning but is also for learning too and whatever you shared gets a reward from the community.

I don't think that anybody run such project because some things have to be set before the project starts. But is all good these only shows how serious they are.
If feedback helps heres a couple. FYI I dont know what scope your metrics are so advance apologies if this info is not of use. I now tend to log onto Peakd or Eccency because they have features I use in posts the PoB frontend does not have, or that dont work well. (eg promote credits, the advanced options, add posts to curate lists) but 80% of posts are tagged proofofbrain or crossposted to pob community. Externally, perhaps the current attempted takeover of the world by the global elites (dubbed Great Reset) is distracting folk. Seeing Canada, Ireland, NZ, and my own Australia fall to Tyranny under direction of Davos/China globalist cabal....very distracting.
Well I don't know if that's the case for folks here not being active but that don't border me much because they are not serious.

I love pob and what it was in the early days. What you've described is a problem that plagues all general purpose communities. It's a cool place to hang out with friends and you get a token for your time.
As for the price of the token, ultimately it will come down to what we build on it.
