My Daily Life Post: "Building Simple Coconut Dryer Structure, Prepairing My Broomstick to Sell And Removing Coconut Meat"

This morning, instead of husking those coconuts which I really had a hard time to do it and thankfully there was a hired young man who do the job. Today, I tried to removed those coconut meat so we can dry it very easy. We only dried under the heat of the sun that is why drying it will really take few days before we finally sell it to the corporation located here in the Province. I started to do the job early in the morning because this time it is right to work because it is still cold and felt more relaxing even if I already felt tired. I tried my best to do it and kept myself finishing the work and with the help of my Mother, we carefully removed the coconut meat.

It only takes almost three hours of removing coconut meat from coconut shells and after that, we carefully placed at the top of the plain sheets again so it will fastly dried. I also tied my broom sticks ready to sell to our neighbor. They told me to buy those two bunch of broomstick for 100 Pesos, I was very happy because I can gained few money from my hard work, it is a kind of fruitful success because I earned few money. I will make another bunches of broom sticks so I can sell it again at the Market next Sunday.

I also checked those young coconuts grows and I felt very sad because some of it are already dried because of the intense heat from the sun. But there are still lots of it grows in stabled and I cut those dry coconut leaves so it will look very nice and attractive. Those young coconut leaves are put near at the coconut stems, it helps as organic fertilizers and the roots from the coconut will not dried very fast. Almost Hundred of young coconuts are planted here and there are still lots of it are not yet replanted and it really needs lots of time.

Checking Our Fruit Plants:

As I also checked some of the fruit plants we have here, I am very happy to see that some of my pineapple plants are producing pineapple fruits. It will be delighted to pick harvest at the right time and the crown sprouts from the fruits is also the best thing to plant so it will also produce fruits. While my Jackfruits also produced fruits but I cannot wrapped it with empty sack because it is very high and I can reach it. I can only see and watch the fruits hanged on the branches and All I can do is to wait to ripe and I really hope it wont be damage by harmful insects like wasps and bees.

It was already 12 NOON and it is time to eat our lunch we brought. It was also served as a simple picnic because we only eat at the place where grass and trees can be seen and found. Me and my Mother was having a lot of time eating our lunch while having a funny conversations.

A moment later, some of our relatives also went at the place just to bring some news. She told us that next month will expected rainy situations, we felt worried about we hear that is why we decided to built simple coconut drier structure made of light materials like round tembers and palm. This is only very simple structure more important is we can dry the coconuts and sell while the rainy season is not yet occur. Gladly my Brother was also there ready to help us building a simple coconut dryer structure and it takes almost four hours of building.

After building, we started to put the coconut meat at the top of the simple dryer structure and started to create a fire and smoke out of coconut husks. It will help to dry very fast so we can avoid rainy season. Those dry one are perfectly placed inside at my Grandma's house so it wont get wait or having moist every early in the morning. Our target day of sailing this will be this coming Tuesday. Its been 4 in the afternoon, we started to dry it using smoke until this time.

Another tired simple life I've experienced but very fun and enjoyable.
