My Relaxing Day Here at The Farm

It was a great and relaxing day I had here at the farm. Visiting the place and to do productive activities just like Gathering lots of coconuts and dry firewoods for rainy season. This was not really a relaxing life just like resting all day and listening to music but relaxing away from noises and pollutions. We already spend three days here but we don't have to worry because we also have a house here so we can sleep and prepared foods for our meals. Rainy season has already happens here and we are very happy about is because expectedly that the plants will better and the vegetables we have here will also grow. Grasses will turned into green color and cows can eat green grass instead of brown. Living in the Province is very fun, enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful. That is the reason why there are lots of people especially those who lives at the City decided to brought land away from crowded place.

Every morning, we cleaned our house including the surroundings. Even if we only have a simple house more importantly is that the place is always clean. Sweeping dry fallen leaves and removing single wild grass grass grows at the lawn is part of the cleaning activities we always did here. Having a clean place can make the views cool and other people will be amazed on how clean the place is.

Aside of clean areas, having lots of flowers and ornamental plants is very important. It makes the place well and attractive and colorful, my Mother loves to collected different kinds of flowers and some of her flowers are well place at the recycled pots and tied at the big tree branches. Some of it are well placed at the small center table as part of the decorations. One of the most attractive flowers we have here is the orchids and it brought from far place here in our town. This flowers have a long way and it is really important to take care of it.

Not only the surroundings near at the house needs to be clean, coconut field is also needs to clean by gathering fallen dry coconut leaves and cut those thick wild grass that already grows. The dry leaves we gathered are well cut and placed near at the coconut trunk and let it decomposed there to make it an organic fertilizer. It helps the plants to keep instantly dried specially when there is an extreme heat happens. This is one of the best organic fertilizer methods we always did.

Aside of coconut trees, banana plants are also planted in here but only few. Last year, we planted almost ten young banana plants here at the field but some of it are died because our Neighbor's Cow ate it. We felt very sad about and decided to find any young banana plants so we can replace a new one. But some of it are growing better producing lots of young leaves and it keeps growing. The dry leaves from the Banana plants are also placed near at the stem as an organic fertilizer.

I also visited some of the fruit trees we have here and I felt very happy to see lots of big star fruits. This is one of my favorite fruit to eat and gladly lots of it will expectedly harvested by next day. It is continuously turned to yellow color but it is not yet ready to harvested. It can easily pick up because it can reached by hand and can easily fall down when shaking the tree branches.

But as I checked our Cacao trees, I felt sad about this rotten cacao fruit. It was already dried, I forgot to wrapped this with plastic bag and the insects like wasps created this sad part why this cacao fruits damaged. But the dry seeds of it are keep and might be produce sprouts once if we planted it.

Gathering fallen coconuts is also very important work here. There was a time when we did not gathering it, but we are very surprised that some of the coconuts are missing. That is why everyday we kept ourselves exploring the entire farm and looked for any coconuts scattered to the ground. This will be added for the next harvesting activities and gladly we gathered almost 50 pieces of coconuts.

Rainy season is already happens here at the Province, and dry firewoods are very demanding in Market place. We decided to gathered lots of firewoods and cut into right length and tied using a straw. I already earned by selling dry firewoods and now I decided to sell lots of it again. I already have costumers who willingly to buy this lots of firewoods for their shop and it will be delivered soon as it will finished.
