Creating my custom villain in LEGO DC Super Villains
Yes... I'm playing with LEGOs 👷
It has been a few years since I last had my hands on a new LEGO game. The LEGO Star Wars games were always a lot of fun, but I haven't played many others besides those. A few Marvel, some Batman, and a brief test with Harry Potter. This is my first chance to play as some DC villains though.
I got LEGO DC Super Villains for free with PS Plus in December of 2020. It took me a while, but I am finally getting around to seeing what the game is all about.
I love how I began the game with the task of designing my own villain. This makes the game feel a lot more personalized than past experiences. There are always tons of characters to choose from, but not usually the option to make exactly what you want.
In this video, we will be making my character, who I called Sir Fishy. Next video I will show you some actual gameplay with my character. Enjoy!

all lego games are pure gold and oddly you would think they are that typical cashgrab game but they really have some pretty good mechanics especially in their Star Wars games.
The large volume of characters from my favorite film universes has always been my favorite thing about LEGO games. They are pretty fun to play too.
Dude, that's a lot of customization options. Me and @emuse enjoyed some Lego games so maybe we should check out this one.
It was pretty overwhelming and took me way longer to design my character than I expected. LEGO games are great for co-op, but my girl isn't much of a gamer like yours is.

I know there are lots of comic fans who have always wanted to design their own villain. DC Universe Online is another great game that lets you design custom heroes and villains. I wish Marvel would come out with a game like that, besides a LEGO one I mean. Perhaps a new Ultimate Alliance game that isn't exclusive to Nintendo Switch and allows for custom characters.
that's awesome.. u can make ur own character. i dig the fish helmet.. was diggin the fish gun too, but it's all good. i like the way his hands glowed with power!
It is pretty obvious that I had way too much fun designing Sir Fishy. Most of the characters have pretty similar attacks, but at least they look cool.
