Hola amigos de Hive espero que se encuentren muy bien. Hoy comparto un jugoso plato principal preparado con carne de res con unas divinas cebollas y ajo salteado logrando un extraordinario sabor. A diario trato de realizar almuerzo muy variodo para mi familia y hoy los quize sorprender con esta rica comida que me encanto. He utilizados los siguientes ingredientes: 350g de Carne de res en trozos. 1 cebolla morada 2 cebolla blanca. 4 dientes ajo. Sal y oregano al gusto.

I have used the following ingredients:
350g of beef in pieces.
1 red onion
2 white onion.
4 cloves garlic
Salt and oregano to taste.

Primeramente comeze condimentando la carne con sal y oregano asi realzar su sabor 😉.

Seguido llevamos la carne a una salten previamente caliente con aceite a sofreirla hasta ablandar

Luego limpiamos las cebollas y el ajo, una vez limpios cortamos en trozitos pequeños las cebollas y el ajo lo trituramos. Despues sofreimos muy bien hasta que las cebollas y el ojo tomen un color doradito😉.

Por ultimo agregamos la carne previamente ablandada dejamos cocinar por unos minutos y listo 😉.
