Hello beautiful #Hive community 😍 I hope you are very well, today I share a recipe that is too simple, practical but rich in nutrients. It is a red bean stew, the consumption of these grains improves digestion which favors intestinal transit avoiding constipation, since they are a great source of dietary fiber.😍😊

Ingredients used: red beans, red pepper, chili peppers, garlic and salt to taste.😋

The first thing we did was clean my beans, and we put them in water overnight to soften them and remove some of the indigestible carbohydrate that gas produces. The next day we change the water several times, and we take it to cook until softened, we decant these types of red grains are usually soft.

Then I proceed to wash, remove the seeds from my vegetables, chop them into small squares and crush the garlic.😌

Once the grains are soft, I proceed to incorporate my vegetables, and let them cook for approximately 20 minutes. 😜

Pasado el tiempo procedo a servir mis estofado de caraotas rojas, le coloco un toque de azucar (opcional), y listo a degustar.😋😉

After time I proceed to serve my red bean stew, I add a touch of sugar (optional), and ready to taste.😋😉
