Hoy comparto con ustedes otra delicia de receta facil, practica y nutritiva, que me fascina elaborar, se trata de una deliciosa ensalada fria, normarmente en mi casa cosumimos muchas ensaladas por que nos aporta muchos beneficios y pocas calorias. Today I share with you another delicacy with an easy, practical and nutritious recipe that fascinates me to make, it is a delicious cold salad, normally in my house we eat many salads because it gives us many benefits and few calories. Para la elaboracion de esta deliciosa ensalada fria use lo siguiente: Remolacha, repollo, zanahoria, huevos (previamente cocido y rallado), sal, aceite, mayonesa y hojas de espinacas para decorar.

To make this delicious cold salad, use the following: Beets, cabbage, carrots, eggs (previously cooked and grated), salt, oil, mayonnaise and spinach leaves to decorate.

Primeramente corte la remolacha y los huevos.
