My beautiful community #Hive π€ today once again with you wishing you a day full of many blessings, waiting for a sweet Christmas. Today I share a healthy medicinal tea of ββgarlic, turmeric and jenjible, which I prepare for my beautiful old woman, my mother, it is a tea to combat joint pain caused by diseases such as osteoarthritis or carpal tunnel.ππͺ β¨
Reviewing the internet we can see many beneficial natural treatments based on natural ingredients, among the natural alternatives that exist we can find for example turmeric, ginger and garlic. Since these work as anti-inflammatories that in turn reduce the chemicals that generate pain in arthritis processes.
It is interesting to know that, when this pain begins, what is happening is that the cells that make the components of the cartilage stop doing so, the collagen disappears, the cartilage softens, loses resistance, becomes thinner and the bone stops having protection. . In addition to the loss of cartilage, inflammation also appears, this protects the bone and its loss causes roses to the surrounding muscles and weakens our joints.
With this in mind we start the elaboration of this tea. Ingredients: Turmeric, ginger, garlic, water, necessary quantity.
This procedure is very easy, we take the turmeric, peel it a little, chop the ginger and crush several grains of garlic.
Followed in a pot, place approximately four cups of water, add the turmeric, ginger and garlic, and let it cook for 20 minutes, so that its active ingredients remain in the water.
After time, we remove from the heat, let it rest, strain (optional), to remove the content (my mother consumes it) and our tea is ready to combat joint pain
This is a great anti-inflammatory remedy thanks to the powerful action of the three components, with a touch of sugar or honey and that's it. I hope this `post will be of much benefit to you. π€π€
