Con frecuencia decimos o escuchamos la expresión ¡Qué casualidad!, queriendo decir con ello que hubo coincidencia en dos hechos, sin embargo, al igual que muchos, estoy convencida que nada es casualidad que estas coincidencias son resultado de las conexiones que hacemos de manera consciente o inconscientemente, cuando ocurren es probable que comience a revolotear un pensamiento: ¿Qué me está diciendo esto?

El tema de la causalidad viene porque en este último mes me han llegado, por vías distintas, dos libros que giran en torno a un fundamento común: la física cuántica y como se relaciona el estado del ser con ella.

El primero, Deja de ser tú de Joe Dispenza que lo estaremos discutiendo en el podcast del club de lectura de la comunidad @holos-lotus y el segundo Tu éxito es inevitable” de Maite Issa lo estamos trabajando aquí en @beentrepreneur a través de las iniciativas que nos presenta @morito13. En ambos se trabaja el éxito y cómo lograrlo.

En el primero se plantea buscar la sincronía para trascender al cuerpo, el entorno y el tiempo para crear lo que queremos, en el segundo, con un mismo fin, lo aborda desde las creencias que como huellas vamos siguiendo y en ellas se encuentran las limitaciones para avanzar. Y es aquí donde me enfocaré hoy haciendo el ejercicio que nos propone @morito13.

Como emprendedora he tenido muchos aciertos y desaciertos, he creado emprendimientos donde el éxito ha sido altamente satisfactorio y en su curva de ascenso he sentido la fuerza que dan las creencias positivas del “yo si puedo”, que nos lleva a seguir creciendo en todos los aspectos, y en sus curvas de descensos he sentido las fuerzas que tienen las creencias limitantes a la hora de afrontar circunstancias que he considerado que “no puedo con ellas” y me he sentado en el banco de los que esperan a que tales circunstancias cambien por sí sola.

Haciendo la retrospectiva encuentro pensamientos-creencias que han marcado esos momentos, entre ellas:

*El país está en crisis, este no es momento para estar emprendiendo.

*Aquí solo echan para adelante los que están enchufados.

*Mientras las reglas del juego no estén claras no es posible jugar.

*No puedo cambiar las circunstancias

Estas son frases que he escuchado con cierta frecuencia en diversos discursos tanto de personas que con su conocimiento tiene autoridad o como de aquellos emprendedores que basados en las experiencias propias o ajenas lo afirman y confirman y yo las he comprado, aun cuando hay una realidad a la que estoy atenta que me dice algo distinto. Por ejemplo:

A mí alrededor veo que el mundo sigue: hay gente que sigue emprendiendo, que muchos cierran es verdad, pero muchísimos permanecen, insisten y persisten; que posiblemente muchos estén enchufados, pero muchos más son los que avanzan con su esfuerzo y tesón; que las reglas cambian dejando al emprendedor débil (aquel que tiene poco recurso económico para mantenerse) en el aire, puede ser cierto, pero están los que se inventan una para seguir en pie y echar para adelante; que hay circunstancias que no se pueden cambiar, también es verdadero, pero hay quienes crean nuevas circunstancias, reinventándose, adaptándose a los cambios, moviéndose al nuevo ritmo.

Cuando analizo mis creencias, las contrasto, creo en mi percepción, sin embargo, ¿por qué en algún momento siguen aflorando las creencias negativas? Posiblemente, sea porque no me las creo del todo, porque no he logrado alcanzar esa sincronía o coherencia de la que nos hablan los autores citados entre el sentir, pensar y hacer. La mente subconsciente continúa filtrando y el “doble cuántico” el del poder de la manifestación, se me vuelve escapista.

Lo cierto es que hacer este tipo de ejercicio me abre la posibilidad de ampliar mi consciencia y es una invitación a trabajar más profundamente las creencias limitantes y las conexiones que hacemos para ir borrando esas huellas que hemos aceptado como verdades que a fin de cuentas lo que hacen es que nos coloquemos piedras en el camino que deseamos andar.

We often say or hear the expression What a coincidence, meaning that there was a coincidence in two events, however, like many, I am convinced that nothing is coincidence that these coincidences are the result of the connections we make consciously or unconsciously, when they occur is likely to begin to flutter a thought: What is this telling me?

The topic of causality comes because in this last month two books have come to me, by different routes, that revolve around a common foundation: quantum physics and how the state of being relates to it.

The first, Stop Being You by Joe Dispenza we will be discussing in the podcast of the @holos-lotus community book club and the second Your Success Is Inevitable" by Maite Issa we are working on here at @beentrepreneur through the initiatives presented by @morito13. Both work on success and how to achieve it.

In the first one, he proposes to look for the synchrony to transcend the body, the environment and the time to create what we want, in the second one, with the same purpose, he approaches it from the beliefs that as footprints we follow and in them we find the limitations to move forward. And this is where I will focus today doing the exercise proposed by @morito13.

As an entrepreneur I have had many successes and failures, I have created ventures where success has been highly satisfactory and in its upward curve I have felt the strength given by the positive beliefs of "I can", which leads us to continue growing in all aspects, and in its downward curves I have felt the forces that have the limiting beliefs when facing circumstances that I have considered that "I can not with them" and I have sat on the bench of those who wait for such circumstances to change by itself.

Looking back I find thoughts-beliefs that have marked those moments among them:

*The country is in crisis, this is not the time to be undertaking.

*Here only those who are plugged in get ahead.

*As long as the rules of the game are not clear, it is not possible to play.

*I cannot change the circumstances.

These are phrases that I have heard with certain frequency in diverse speeches so much of people that with its knowledge has authority or as of those entrepreneurs that based on the own or other people's experiences affirm and confirm it and I have bought them, even when there is a reality to which I am attentive that tells me something different. For example:

All around me, I see that the world goes on: there are people who continue to undertake, that many close is true, but many remain, insist and persist; that possibly many are plugged in but many more are those who move forward with their effort and tenacity; that the rules change leaving the weak entrepreneur (one who has little economic resources to maintain) in the air, may be true but there are those who invent one to stay on their feet and move forward; that there are circumstances that cannot be changed, it is also true but there are those who create new circumstances, reinventing themselves, adapting to changes, moving to the new rhythm.

When I analyze my beliefs, I contrast them, I believe in my perception, however, why do negative beliefs continue to surface at some point? Possibly it is because I do not believe them at all, because I have not been able to reach that synchrony or coherence of which the authors mentioned above speak to us between feeling, thinking and doing. The subconscious mind continues filtering, and the "quantum double" of the power of manifestation becomes escapist.

The truth is that doing this type of exercise opens me the possibility of expanding my consciousness, and it is an invitation to work more deeply on the limiting beliefs and the connections we make to erase those traces that we have accepted as truths that in the end make us place stones in the path we wish to walk.
