I hope this Tuesday has been good for everyone in every way. Here I am, wrapping up my day with an artistic post with a touch of dark fantasy, if you can call it that, where I've combined two dark historical figures: Caligula on one hand and Napoleon Bonaparte on the other, fused into an emperor of evil.
And now I'll show you how I created this character.

The combination of Caligula and Bonaparte gives the piece a strong historical tension.
Both figures carry the same kind of unstable power in different forms: imperial excess, ambition, violence, and myth. That makes the dark fantasy style fit the subject instead of feeling decorative.
What I like is that the image does not need to be historically literal. It is more about the mood those names carry.
