Does anger look like a good attitude or a death sentence
Hey, guys
It's another awesome day a special Monday morning at that and am super gladden in my heart to be in this humble community of ours.
I have got some things to tell us briefly about an interesting topic of mine so I would love you all to make presence count on my post by sharing your beautiful opinions.
Hmmmmmmmm this is really quite huge but I'm going to give a try for the day, well anger is an emotion which is being characterized by antagonism probably towards someone or something who you may feel he or she has actually done you wrong.
Though sometimes anger can actually be a good thing but then it becomes so bad when it's excessive because it will definitely cause a problem at some point in life anger can equally give you a way in other to express a definite negative feelings for instance to motivate you find solutions to problems at hand.
Furthermore I would say that there are different types of which is passive aggression, open aggression and finally the assertive anger most people belong to passive aggression some other persons might be open aggression and even assertive but as for me I don't know even know where in particular I belong.
Reasons why I said that is because there are times when I get so angry in the process I begin destroy things that are around me and will definitely refusing talking to that particular person or anybody else who has offended me emotionally bad.
Anger implies so much of deep and strong feelings which is being triggered by either injury, Injustice and wrongs. People gets angry in such a way that they loose their lives because it's more like a spirit that pushes someone to do what he's not suppose to do at every slightest opportunity given.
Ways with which we can actually deal with anger by walking away or better still take a deep breath or you can even release your anger through creative means as well as writing a journal which can equally help you move your body.
