Hey, ladies

It's another beautiful day a new week and also a New month too which is the last month of the year 2023, honestly I'm so so super excited to witness this whole months of the year 2023 with my wonderful family and friends and finally we've all gotten to last month of the year though some people Lost their friends their lives and even more.

All of these things happens not because I merit it but it's just God's grace that has found me and my family despite the fact that we've been through alot of rough night and day and also some emotional traumas but here we are celebrating the end of the year.

1️⃣ Risk situations for women are common. Do you feel prepared to face physical and psychological threats? What do you think about a woman preparing for self-defense and what criteria do you think they should take into account to avoid being paralyzed in imminent danger?

Hmmmmmmmm this is quite huge but I would give it a try the way I can 🤔🤔🤔 cause when talking about the history of women and the common risk that comes with it's usually the cases of Rape and domestic violence which has always been the topic of the day. And sometimes it ends up taking the lives of the victims involved.

Though sometimes our preparations isn't always enough but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be vigilant at all times because of the society we find ourselves in, yes it's true that most of our countries aren't safe anymore and so that's why as ladies or young female teenagers we must avoid late Walk at night as to critical danger which may lead death.

From my own opinion I think self-defense is very important for every ladies out there. In other to avoid being paralyzed into critical situations.

• TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS. Because Too many women has enrolled in a self-defense class after they've been assaulted.
• PRACTICE TARGET DENIAL.
• PRESENT YOURSELF WITH CONFIDENCE.
• SET STRONG VERBAL BOUNDARIES.
• MAINTAIN A NON-CONFRONTATIONAL STANCE.
• KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE.
• USE THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE.
