{ENG/SPN} Tagliatelle Bolognese - Tagliatelle a la boloñesa

Hello everyone. What does a person need for a tasty and quick dinner? Spaghetti, minced meat, tomatoes. All "simple" and easily available products. And it's none other than the classic of Italian cuisine tagliatelle Bolognese. I love making Italian pasta in all different ways and shapes. Making it will slow you down a wee bit, but in my opinion, there is no pasta more delicious than fresh pasta. Still, to make the recipe quicker you can use the dried in packets from the supermarket.

Here's what you'll need for 2-3 servings:

For the fresh pasta:

  • 100 grams of flour type 00
  • 1 egg
    If you are going to use ready-made pasta 200-300 grams are enough.
    For the Bolognese sauce:
  • 200 grams of veal mince
  • 150 grams of passé tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

To make the fresh pasta, knead the dough with the flour and egg with a pinch of salt. It should make a firm and elastic dough. Leave to rest for about an hour. Then roll out the dough using a pasta machine. Cut the rolled dough into strips 6-7 millimetres wide. And your tagliatelle is ready.

Put the fresh pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 2-3 minutes. If using dry packaged pasta cook according to package directions.

For the Bolognese sauce, chop the onion finely. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onions briefly. Add the minced meat. Fry until the mince starts to separate. Finally, pour over the tomatoes and add the oregano, pepper and salt. Stir and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and pour over the cooked tagliatelle. Your quick dinner is ready. Voila!

Hola a todos. ¿Qué necesita una persona para una cena deliciosa y rápida? Espaguetis, carne picada, tomates. Todos los productos son "sencillos" y fáciles de conseguir. Y no es otra cosa que el clásico de la cocina italiana tagliatelle Bolognese. Me encanta hacer pasta italiana de todas las maneras y formas. Hacerla te retrasará un poco, pero en mi opinión, no hay pasta más deliciosa que la fresca. Sin embargo, para que la receta sea más rápida, se pueden utilizar secos en paquetes del supermercado.

Esto es lo que necesitarás para 2 o 3 raciones:

Para la pasta fresca:

  • 100 gramos de harina tipo 00
  • 1 huevo
    Si va a utilizar pasta ya preparada, 200-300 gramos son suficientes.
    Para la salsa boloñesa:
  • 200 gramos de carne picada de ternera
  • 150 gramos de tomates de la pasión
  • 1 cebolla pequeña
  • aceite de oliva
  • 2 cucharaditas de orégano
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

Para hacer la pasta fresca, amasar una pasta de harina y huevo con una pizca de sal. Esto debería hacer una masa firme y elástica. Déjelo reposar durante una hora aproximadamente. A continuación, extienda la masa con una máquina de pasta. Cortar la masa extendida en tiras de 6-7 mm de ancho. Y sus tallarines están listos.

Poner la pasta fresca en agua hirviendo con una pizca de sal durante unos 2-3 minutos. Si utiliza pasta seca envasada, prepárela según las instrucciones del paquete.

Para la salsa boloñesa, picar la cebolla finamente. Calentar el aceite de oliva en una sartén y freír brevemente las cebollas. Añadir la carne picada. Freír hasta que la carne picada empiece a separarse. Por último, vierta los tomates y añada el orégano, la pimienta y la sal. Remover y cocer a fuego lento durante unos 5 minutos. Retirar del fuego y verter sobre los tallarines cocidos. Su cena rápida está lista. ¡Voilà!

I really love bolognese! I mostly use a mince made from pea protein since my wife is vegetarian. My recipe for the sauce is slightly different but this seems like a really quick dinner to me, yummie.

You should, I once did burgers with it for my dad and brothers and didn't tell them it was not real meat. They still don't know...
