Hello to my cool foreign friends 🌼

I am very happy to be with you 💛💚💙

I want to share with you a historical event in my country
Ashura event! 👇

Two days, August 19, 2021, was Ashura in my country (Iran)
Have you heard about it? If not, read it briefly:

The event of Karbala or the event of Ashura on the 10th of Muharram in the year 61 AH follows the battle of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions in Karbala with the army of Kufa.
The event of Karbala is considered to be the most heartbreaking event in the history of Islam; Hence, the Shiites hold their biggest mourning ceremony on its anniversary and mourn.

The event of Karbala began with the death of Mu'awiyah ibn Abi Sufyan on 15 Rajab 60 AH and the beginning of the rule of his son Yazid and ended with the return of the captives of Karbala to Medina.
The ruler of Medina tried to take allegiance from Imam Hussein to Yazid; Therefore, Hussein ibn Ali left Medina at night to escape allegiance and moved to Mecca. On this trip, Imam Hussein's family, a number of Bani Hashem and some Shiites accompanied him, but the Kufis broke the treaty and the two armies fought on the 10th of Muharram, known as Ashura.
After Imam Hussein and his companions were martyred, Yazid's army attacked them with horses, attacked Imam Hussein's tents, set them on fire, and then took the Imam's survivors captive.
The bodies of the martyrs of Karbala were buried at night by the people of the Bani Assad tribe after the departure of Omar Sa'd's army.
And that's why people imitate it and mourn:

And in this video where the tent is completely on fire, people come forward and take the burnt cloths of the tent and make a vow,
If their vows are accepted, they will prepare cloth for the new tents for next year and contribute to its repair :

And finally, see some photos and conditions of this week in my country that the whole city looks like this:
(They hold and turn these flags and the rest of the people move behind them and mourn ...)

And in the last hours of the night, all the people light candles and besides mourning, they also wish for themselves like us 😉 :

True story with photos and videos !

Hello friends ✋

These days in Iran is the month of Muharram ,
And yesterday, August 18, 2021, was Tasoa Day, which I will briefly explain to you:

On the ninth day of Muharram, the year 61 AH, Imam Hussein and his companions were under siege by the enemy forces. On this day, the enemy had closed the water to the family of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions.
This day was considered by the Shiites as the development of Husseini because it was a difficult day for the Ahl al-Bayt and perhaps one of the most difficult and tragic days for the family of the Prophet.
Imam Sadegh (AS) said: "Tasua is the day when Hussein (AS) and his companions were besieged in Karbala and the army of the Shamians gathered against them. "Ibn Ziad and Umar Sa'd were happy that all of them were ready, and on that day, they considered Hussein (AS) and his companions incapable and made sure that no helper would come to him and that the Iraqis would not support him."

For this reason, the whole city looks like the following photos 👇

For example, these were close to my friend's house :

Or, for example, this one is the entrance door of my friend's house

she does not believe in these issues at all, but he voted with Ek ... :

They give syrup and drinks to the people in these stations :

This is another free religious station :

They prepare these flags for the occasion of the flag in those days :

And some people make a vow and lift it up and turn it :

Young men play the drums like this :

And older men mourn so quietly :

Finally, I and my family are not religious, but we respect all our compatriots and their beliefs.🖐

I am very worried that due to the fact that a large number of my compatriots have not been vaccinated, and with the gathering of this population, the corona virus will increase in my country...
