Greetings Beloved Hivers
My name is Achuku Thomas, born in 25 August 1998, firstly I want to give God the glory for the gift of life and also I want to give thanks to Olu Thomas who introduces me to the hive platform, is a pleasure to be here.

I am going to enlighten you about my background, goals, and interest as a human being in the hive community

BACKGROUND AND MY EARLY LIFE

I am a Nigerian born and brought up in the north-central, Nasarawa state, Akwanga Local Government Council, that's one of the popular local governments we have over there, I am an indigent of Nasarawa state, Eggon by tribe.
I am born to a family of Thomas Ablaku, we are ten (10) in number which is six (6) boys and four (4) girls, We lost our firstborn who happens to be a lady the incident happened when I was still a little boy, we are now remaining nine (9) in number which is six (6) boys three (3) girls which are:

I. Achuku Thomas the last born of the family. My father happens to be a farmer while my mother is a businesswoman but Lost everything in 2009 when she encountered thieves while coming back from the market since then she has not gotten herself to the extent she has some mental illness that makes my father spend all his savings as of that time till now she hasn't gotten her self to continue the business but we are still believing that God will come through for us and everything will get better by the special grace of God.

CAREER AND EDUCATION

My early life as the last born of the family has been so stressful but sometimes all things work together for our good, seeing eighth (8) elder brothers and sisters you know the feelings of being the last born in the aspect of home chores. I am someone that believes in purpose because I fully know that every human being has his or her purpose on earth, I was very lucky to discover my purpose on time which is

DANCING, WRITING, LOVE HELPING PEOPLE, SPEAKING but lack of resources to establish myself has caused delays to my career, I discover my talent when I'm still in my junior secondary school, during that period they do calls me Michael Jackson of our school, I dance every Thursday with the help of the platform created by the school call drama club, fast forward to senior secondary school days, those memories are still fresh whenever I recall them, as of then I continue chasing my dream which lead me to join a dance crew call Y. Wap, (youth with a purpose) to learn more from those people that are ahead of me in the aspect of dance, am a type of personality that is open and ready to learn more from everyone especially in the aspect of my career and all aspect of life. To cut the story short we had a little misunderstanding caused by the group leader which makes me and my friends start up our own.

dance crew, some of the things learned during that period, you can actually achieve anything in life if only you didn't give up so we keep pushing on me, and my friends. Fast forward to 2016 which happens to be my final year in senior secondary school that is when my parents get to know that I dance, since then things have not been going well between me and my family because of this dance, I have been beaten several times when I'm back from night performance my desire to learn more didn't stop there I keep sneaking from home for rehearsal without their consent that is how I keep growing in silence, I wrote my jamb and got admissions

to Nasarawa State Polytechnic Lafia in 2018 is the capital city of Nasarawa state, as of that time, I really feel happy in my body and soul because I see nothing but freedom to chase my dreams, the life struggle didn't stop there I keep focusing on my goals with the help of God we get a

dance deal and a sponsor from the late Mr. Stanley Buba to my dance crew at home, may his gentle soul rest in peace, as of that time I have to be living school to meet up with any events or competitions going on, in 2019 we went for our first dance competition

which we came as best dancers of the year,

with that alone, I feel joy and high in the spirit that my career will make me a seat with kings and the future is still bright, along the line my father noticed that I didn't stop dancing, which causes more problems and issues in between me and my family, at that point I lost all hope they have to seat me down and ask me to select neither to further my school or continue my dance career as of then I have no option than to choose school so that I will acquire more knowledge. I went back to school to continue my education with time I got in touch with some other dancers in 2018 we opened a

dance academy with that I raise some money to take care of my school expenses, school has been so hard for me in financial aspect because my family is still struggling, all my elder brothers and sisters are done with their tertiary education but have no tangible jobs to support the family I have no option than to start some side jobs after the lecture and during lecture sometimes to raise money e.g bricklayer, farming, offloading of goods, e.t.c but with the help of God I struggle to finish the school

when I am done with my school, things have not been easy to the extent I left home for the City of Lagos on 6 January 2020 to look for means of income to help my sick mother and my father. I didn't have anybody over there in Lagos but I just have to risk my life just to Carter things for myself and my family, as of that time I do sleep in the motor Park and sometimes in the street, along the line I came across a mad woman which asked for help from me with the little money I make from the car wash I am doing over there to support my self, I give her some money out of the one I am having with the help of God things get a little bit better after I help that mad woman a friend of my I meet in

Facebook offered to help me with accommodation so I have to move to Lagos Island when I move there I still don't have any work to do due to the coronavirus, sometimes I slept for days without food, after three (3) months of staying without a job God came through for me someone links me up to do a security job in one of the hospitals

moreover, the monthly payment is not that cool but I keep doing the job so that I will not be stranded on off days I do go outside work to pack and offload bags of cement just to have money to sustain myself before the end of the month, fast forward to 2022 I got another security work but this time around is permanent security job in an apartment with the help of God and the little money I am saving and other brothers are also raising money to keep taking my mother to the hospital, I Lost my job early this year right now I don't have any work doing now than some little side jobs that I do go to get money to feed my self. What I do tell myself every day is that whenever a door has close God will definitely open another one at the appointed time.
As a new user here I will love to be corrected whenever I did anything wrong, and if there is anything I am not getting in my post and the hive community at large please endeavor to put me through.
